Ackerman promised to switch my equipment. The service man came out, keep in mind my current system was working.

He started trying to sell me more equipment. He disconnected my present system. When I would not but more equipment and agree to $65.00 an hour service charge I told him to reconnect my present system. He called his manager, he told me his manager said to reinstall my old equipment, but he would not reconnect.

Ackerman left and I have no system. Please beware....Horrible customer service.

Join my legal battle now in progress. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they did not even take it serious.

Monetary Loss: $150.
